I can't believe the first month of the challenge is almost behind us. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I definitely feel better about starting to incorporate permanent changes into my daily life. Though I haven't made the gym a part of my regular weekly routine yet, I have started walking places instead of taking the train and at least a few times a week I make the 20 minute walk to Grand Central Station instead of taking the subway.
How is everyone else doing? I can't wait to hear what the challenge for February will be!
