Though I have accomplished my goal of completing a 10K, I am not done. I continue to press on with my workouts and eating healthy. Over the last few weeks I've made a conscious effort to up my water intake and get in 5 servings of fruits & veggies each day. I just about always do good on the H2O bit, but the fruits & veggies fall short some days.
I'm scheduled to run in another 10K at the end of October. In the mean time, I'm back in the gym M-Th doing a variety of workouts over the course of the week: stairmaster, treadmill, running, weight training, recumbent bike, etc. I'll get back into full training mode for th 10K at the end of August.

I should set H2O and more veggies as goals as well.... I'm not tackling the 10k though! ;)
